India is a 4 month old Pit bull / Dalmatian / Pointer type mix that came to us after being found as a stray. We think she's just about the cutest puppy ever... We absolutely love her spots! (She has them all over her body - they're kind of hard to see in her pics/videos!) 

India is definitely all puppy and she loves to run and play! She's quite the character and has a big personality... Her foster family is always laughing at her silly antics! She enjoys toys of all sorts, chewing on sticks and romping around outside in the yard. When it's time to settle down though, she is an excellent snuggle buddy and will happily curl up into you for a snooze. Who wouldn't want to cuddle with a warm little puppy, especially now that the weather is getting colder?!

India is a smart girl who is very food motivated - she quickly learned sit, down, paw and kennel. She walks nicely on lead and is a well behaved passenger in the car. (She'll hop right in and then lay down in the backseat.) She is crate trained and is working on housetraining. She has no issues with food or toy possession, does not chew anything in the house other than her own things and is not much of a barker. She will occasionally nibble on hands when excited or jump up to greet someone in excitement, but these are normal puppy behaviors and her foster family is working on teaching her better manners.  =) 

Like most puppies, India is a social butterfly and loves all people and animals she meets! She's good with cats and tries to solicit play when she pays attention to them. She LOVES other dogs, but is a rowdy girl that likes to romp and wrestle, so a home with a younger, playful dog or one that is tolerant of puppy behavior would be ideal in her forever home. She is great with kids, but is still learning it's rude to jump or mouth, so she may not be the best match for a family with very young children. She's not an overly active pup, but she loves to explore and have fun and would do great with an active family where she can run, play, go for hikes, socialize and generally get and enjoy the world! A home with another pup to be her friend and a fenced yard where they can zoom would be ideal! (Although not required!)

India is approx. 4 months old, currently 30lbs. and our vet guesstimates that she'll be a bigger girl at around 55-60lbs. when fully grown. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and on monthly flea/heartworm prevention.
