This handsome guy is Jake, a happy, laid-back boy that we pulled from an overcrowded shelter in a neighboring county.

Jake is a goofy boy that loves to have fun, but is mellow and easy going and is not demanding or high-maintainance at all. When playtime is over he enjoys getting hugged and loved on (he's an excellent cuddle buddy!), and is tolerant of getting his feet handled, ears pulled, tail tugged... you name it! This guy is not easily fazed! He enjoys going for rides in the car, walks nicely on lead and is great with kids and other dogs and cats! He is a sweet and gentle dog, that would make a wonderful addition to any family!

Jake is approx. 1 year old, is currently 50lbs., and is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm negative and on monthly flea/heartworm prevention. He is brushing up on housetraining and is working on cratetraining and basic obedience in his foster home, and is doing very well! He's a smart guy that will do anything for a treat!  =)

His adoption fee is $150.
