Mia is a sweet and pretty girl that came to us from a local shelter where she was brought in as a stray. When we walked past her kennel she was wagging her tail as hard as she possibly could, and gave us a great big smile! She was so cute that we just couldn't say no, and had to rescue her!

Mia is a much smaller dog then she looks in her pictures, weighing in at a petite 35lbs.! She's just a little peanut!  =)  She is super affectionate, wanting to give kisses all the time, and builds great relationships with all human members of her family. She is absolutely adorable, a lot of fun and is so sweet... we love this pup!

Although she greatly enjoys play-time, Mia is also a great cuddle-buddy and will sleep snuggled up right next to you! She is great with kids (but occasionally will mistake their stuffed animals for hers!) and wants to greet everyone that comes in your home with kisses! She can be a little pushy with other dogs and should meet any canines in her potential forever home. Mia does think kitties are toys, so she will need a home without cats.

Mia is housebroken and crate trained, knows basic commands, enjoys going for rides in the car and walks well on leash. She absolutely LOVES to play and romp outside with her toys, so a fenced in yard is preferred for her forever home!

Mia is approx. 1.5yrs. old and is spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, heartworm negative and on monthly flea/heartworm prevention. She is a great medium sized girl at only 35lbs.!
